When your data is used for our clients research, all data will be deleted after finishing the project.

Returns (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium)
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? You may return the items within 14 days of receipt. You may return multiple orders in one package. Please add your completed return form(s) to your package for all orders. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed by us.
How do I return my package?

If you choose to ship with any other post office, you must e-mail your track and trace to us (contact webshop), so that we can trace this package.
Return conditions Returning is only possible if the items;
- In undamaged condition, not worn or washed and with original packaging and tags.
- There are no food stains, make-up stains, body odors, animal hair or cigarette odors on the items.
- Jewelry and lingerie cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- No attempt has been made to rectify a defect.
- The shipping risk and costs of returning are for the buyer. Insufficient or unstamped returns are not accepted by us.
Returns Processing
After your package has arrived with us, we will process it as soon as possible. If your return package meets our conditions, you will receive the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt from us. You will receive the refund in the same way as the payment for your package. You will be notified by e-mail. When returning sale items you will receive a voucher by e-mail.

3. Agreement, price and payment
The agreement is concluded the moment you place an order via the website and BLAIRS has sent a confirmation of your order by e-mail. BLAIRS reserves the right not to accept your order if: The information you have entered is incorrect or incomplete and BLAIRS doubts its correctness; You have not met a previous payment obligation; You have not received and/or have not collected previous orders; The delivery address provided by you is located in a country where BLAIRS does not deliver. BLAIRS will inform you as soon as possible about the non-acceptance of your order. The price shown on the website at the time of payment is a total price of all products, including shipping costs and taxes applicable in the European Union. You can pay for your order via one of the payment options that THE WEBSITE offers. For orders delivered outside the European Union, additional costs and/or taxes may be charged. These surcharges and/or taxes are expressly not included in the total price as referred to in paragraph 2 of this article. Any additional costs arising from these surcharges and/or taxes are for your own account and risk. BLAIRS cannot be held to an offer on its website if you can reasonably understand that the offer, or any part thereof, contains an obvious mistake or clerical error, such as an unusually low price. 4. Delivery
We send your order in the EU with postNL. This takes max. 2 workdays. If it goes to Belgium 3 till 5 workdays. The products outside the eu takes a maximum of one week. We will also keep you informed of the process and our carrier will send you a tracking code to track your package.
5. Reflection period and right of withdrawal
You will then be refunded the total amount paid (Exclusive the standard shipping costs). If you return one or more items from your original order and the total value of the remaining items is less than the €50 threshold, We will charge the shipping costs with mutual effect. We do this by deducting the amount paid for the item(s) you returned by the shipping costs in your country. Return the items as soon as possible, but within 14 days from the day on which you exercised the right of withdrawal. You can always return your items within the cooling-off period. Please note that it can take 14 days for the refund to be deposited into your bank account. We may suspend your refund until we have received the product(s) or have proof that the products have been shipped. Your refund will be made with the payment method with which the order was placed.
If you are not satisfied with your ordered product(s), you can dissolve the agreement within the cooling-off period without stating reasons (right of withdrawal). The reflection period starts on the day after you have received the product or on the day that a third party designated by you (not the carrier) has received the product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also be returned in its original packaging

7. Promotional and Discount Codes
If a discount code is valid, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to apply it to his order at the time of purchase. BLAIRS is not liable or obliged to apply discount codes after an order has already been processed.
